Where you come in:

We are seeking an experienced, talented, energetic and self-driven
individual to join our Ad Technology team.  You will design, develop,
launch and support server-side code for generating advertisements that
are run on Amazon.com.  Additionally you will share ownership of the
features/software we develop including deployment, monitoring,
performance and operations.   You will also work with other teams to
develop, launch and support existing and new website features.

In this role you will have direct responsibility in the design,
implementation and enhancement of key components of the Ad Technology,
while working alongside top-notch engineers, product managers and
business owners. This is a great place to have a large impact on current
and future technology with measureable impact on the bottom line. In

What you need:
â?¢	BS in Computer Science or related field 
â?¢	Previous experience with Java on a Unix/Linux platform 
â?¢	Experience with at least one scripting language (PHP, Perl, Python
or similar) 
â?¢	An understanding of multi-threaded programming, scalability, latency
and reliability
â?¢	Working knowledge of HTML, CSS and Javascript
â?¢	Knowledge of MVC is desirable
