We are looking for a passionate individual to join our small but mighty
team to take ownership and rebuild our website to be more mobile
responsive, clean, and more maintainable. You must be well versed in
html, css, bootstrap, jquery, have a good design sense, and have a few
projects in your portfolio. The ideal candidate will have some
familiarity with Django templating, be super interested in the dating
space, strives to make the world a better place (subjective, we know),
and thinks that life should also be enjoyed away from the computer at
times. The product we have built to date is all about making real world
dating experiences more awesome and more in the moment. If this sounds
like you, definitely reach out to us immediately. As an added bonus, if
you are more comfortable working in LESS/SASS/SCSS, you can decide this
since you will be the owner of the project. If you prefer vanilla CSS,
then this is also fine.

Chicago-based Project Fixup (www.projectfixup.com), a Techstars company,
takes the work out of meeting someone new by curating quality dates on
demand. Our system creates matches between two members through a
streamlined, scalable, digital matchmaking algorithm. High scoring
matches feed into our just-in-time human approval process, where
approved matches turn into a date proposal complete with time and
location. With our platform, there is no back-and-forth messaging like
in existing dating apps; members just click to confirm and show up to
meet someone new. Through our Fixup Tonight mobile app, we will organize
dates in near real-time by fixing up members the same evening they
express interest. We've experienced 40% month-over-month revenue growth
since launching in San Francisco in July. Our mission is to make going
on a date as easy as requesting an Uber, by delivering great experiences
at the click of a button.

Why Us

We are working on a very different solution to the dating problem
compared to other dating startups. If you are passionate about the
dating space, believe that chemistry between two people happens in
person, and that when technology and humans work together, we can solve
hard problems, then Project Fixup might be the perfect opportunity for
