iSCSI [Project Wiki]

iSCSI is a protocol that allows block-level access over a TCP connection. We have setup some machines that boot via PXE to an iSCSI root without any local disk space. We intend to continue working on this setup and update it to work with newer Linux kernels and to use the iSCSI module that is now in-kernel.
